About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and curious Junior SDR (Sales Development Representative) / Intern to join our Sales Development and Advertising Partnerships team. About the Role:
Programmatic sales has been evolving with the entire programmatic advertising ecosystem. What is traditionally known as DSP, SSP and DMP are being redefined and redesigned in the age of commoditization and Agentic AI. The successful seller of the new crop of programmatic solutions in our era must think outside the box and may even have to ditch one or two old tenets in order to adapt to media buyers’ new mindset.
We’re expanding our sales team in NYC, as our performance-oriented DooH and CTV solutions are starting to resonate with advertisers. As such, we are seeking a hunter-minded. Sales Professional with existing brand and agency relationships to grow net new business in the U.S. (territory entirely open). This is an exciting, ground-level type of opportunity for self-starters with experience, who are irreverent and bold enough to create and promulgate new sales tenets for AI-enabled advertising solution sales. You will not walk into a book of business. You will be responsible for selling managed and self-services, programmatic deals, creative services, and programmatic curation, for Lemma’s DSP, SSP, audience data, reporting, targeting mid-market brands and independent agencies as customers.
You will play a pivotal role in our crucial, growth-acceleration stage in the U.S. You will have the freedom to define and refine Lemma’s messaging, collateral materials, and elevator pitches. You will also have the opportunity to maximize revenues from prospective buyers by selling to them the whole suite of Lemma’s AI-driven, performance-guaranteed audience-activation and audience-targeting solutions across all media channels. There will be travel to conferences and client meetings throughout the U.S.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new sales leads among mid-market brands, independent agencies, and agency holding companies

• A strong network of contacts including mid-market brands (especially e-commerce companies in the U.S.), independent agencies, and agency holdcos; with ideas and experience of hitting the ground running and making an immediate revenue impact after joining.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business and revenue targets.
• Must have achieved a minimum of $5M+ yearly revenue targets.
